it IS a clog, you cant really see it clear from here.

Nice effort!! :thumbsup: only mismatch is the sword and I find the lighting a bit insufficient, everything else is a good effort to me.

Costume I find it ok!! Its samurai's training costume, you wouldn't be expecting them to wear full armour when training right.

Poses are ok!! Can see thoughts are given into it. :thumbsup: I think a silhouette shot of the samurai on his stance against the sun set would be dramatic! :bsmilie:

TS, the costume is wrong. Samurai wears underwear or white shirt inside. Correct me if I am wrong, the belt shouldn't be big ribbon. And wears white tabi (or white socks if u can't get) indoor, put on zori (similar flipflop but not the wooden type geta) when outdoor. Hair style should know (kind of big sacrifice for the model to do....)

These are the basic. hope that gives you an idea a basic proper dressing of those old timer.

my only comment. for the first pic, by looking at his eyes, it seems like he is going through a seizure. a more intense look would be much better.

that is a western long sword. Not a katana that samurais traditionally use. the only bits you got right about the shots are the kimono top and hakayama pants. the idea is there but the execution fell flat. lighting also could be better. keep trying though.

ts - it's different, and there is a lot of room for improvement, whether in terms of lighting, concept, styling, etc, the list goes on. but i hope you have the courage to try again and do better.. hope to see the updated version soon!
