I did a quick google. Seems like they have solns for small cams like a7r also.

Haha! I'm trying to keep my A7s as naked as possible. I'm tinkering with the strap eyelet at the moment. There is a potential to use it as a sturdy mounting point for accessories. Next project is to braze/weld the unpainted hinge of a small carabiner to a metal coldshoe. Slot a tiny screw through the hole of the eyelet and the carabiner hinge and voila!
