i think manipulation does not include resizing. Else very difficult. Probably meant they want a picture 'as you took it', ie no pimples removed, colours enhancement, polar bear in the desert kind of thing.

A digital image totally uncorrected that looks really nice is rare. Um... i don't know. Maybe someone can do everyone a favour and email the organisers and clarify.

Note that during the competition, you will be submitting uncorrected pictures - straight from camera into their servers. So might as well learn to meter and compose dead-on.

Yes, you will be required to upload your images from CF card direct to their PC. Don't bother to take raw. Best is to set your camera settings to high saturation, high sharpening and the correct file size (not more than 1MB).
