The composition for this is messed up. What are you trying to show? Metal? You name any building or structures in this shot, and it is clear that they're probably not complete. The question is whether u have a reason for cutting them off. Because it seems more like you include a little bit of everything, but not here not there. At least the lotus is not overexposed as many would tend to do for this lighting condition.

For 57, if you want to capture the whole range of buildings, do consider doing a pano instead. The buildings look so tiny in your shot and then the big chunk of the sea, which is not interesting. I thought 70 is pretty decent for a handheld shot, well done.
