Thank you all for the advise but I have not run through all yet. Do not get angry because I just got discharged from NUH half hour ago and checking this forum and found that so many of you have reply hence I need to read through carefully tomorrow.
I am not going for brand, I used to use Nikon film camera but I go for Olympus M43 because of the weight and I think it is good for me. I want to have a new M43 with built in flash and better features than my current E-P1. From the speed Oly released the initial 3 models I expect it has a new product of similar touch screen and built in flash to release, unfortunately nothing solid to tell me within 2011 will have a semi Pro or Pro m43 for me to buy and use it.
I am just started learning CS5. From this Korea trip I just had, the photo came out not all satisfatory for myself. May be my skill but the Pana 45-200 zoom quality not good, that is why I feel like to go for a better lens from 4/3 and applied on M43 camera. Then with this E-5 and lack of 4/3 support made me have to wait for the promised M43 camera and lenses, but for how long? That prompt me to go for Canon which is lighter for new model and have good lenses to choose from, if money is not an issue, which I still have to think more before making the decision.

If weight is a concern then you should not consider the D700. I sold my d700 and 24-70 after finding the weight (2kg) a major problem. My Canon setup is more tolerable. But eversince I bought a GH1 I find it much easier and convenient to bring around. I don't think there is anything seriously lacking in M43 and Canon and Nikon are both wanting to come into mirrorless bodies, unless you need ultra-high speed and ultra-high ISO, which we can usually do without. My Canon stuff is sitting in the dry cabinet more after I gotten into m43.
45-200mm - I had this lens on my GF1 and having used many different brand of lenses over the years, I can vouch that the 45-200mm is very good, esp considering the price.
Can you tell me why you think this lens is not good? Knowing your expectations will allow us CS members to help you better.
In Jeju I need to climb a hill to get better view and half way I zoom in to my family took a few shots, it all turn out little blur. The target is right at the center therefore the focal point should not be too far off. It does not look like my hand shake before the far back ground is clearer than the target family group.
I am thinking of getting the smaller 4/3 lens like 12-60mm lens which I understand is a better lens and I can use the converter to double to 24 - 120mm. May be this is enough or some other focol length high grade lens.
The other in-door or outdoor pictures using the Oly 9-18 mm turns out good for me and my wife who only appreciate the end photo result. I did not bring the 14-45mm kit lens.
GH-2 if come in body form may not be expensive. The darn 14-140mm is the culprit. If you do not have stable hands, use a monopod or tripod. It ain't going to stop you from taking photos yeah?
I guess the Pana lenses I have can go with GH2 but my Oly 9-18mm may not get the stablizer supported by GH2. That is lens I want to keep and Pana 45-200 lens is the one I like to change. Anto-shake is important to me.
That is why I am disappointed with Olympus current support to M43 that release nothing for me to consider on my next possible trip to Thailand and HongKong. Of course the entire trip I had I only use the 45-200mm once to shoot the uphill family picture. The entire group show up little blur hence I do not think it is one or two moved. They were at stationery position let me take the picture.
Probably focusing issue, nothing wrong with the lens in terms of IQ,also I don't remember GH2 having IBIS, and Olympus lenses don't have IS built into them so FOR SURE you won't get stabilizer support since there isn't any to begin with. The 14-54 MKII would be a better choice since it supports CDAF whereas the 12-60 doesn't
Hello Guys, thank you for all the advise and share some of the picture with me. I trusted Oly will move on with M43 that was why I did not hasitate to buy it when it first came out. When the E-PL1 came out I was even more excited wanted to buy, but investing for another M43 camera my Financial Controller will make noise. Hence I was thinking after coming back from the trip show her the end-reuslt photo she will be happy.
I am not blaming the Pana lens 45-200 no good, but it could be little heavy for me and the result turn out little blur on center target which I really do not know how it happened. 50% can be my skill. Therefore I wanted to change to lighter telezoom lens like 14-150mm is lighter than 45-200mm. If the lens is not sharp enough then I do not might to take the Oly higher grade lens hoping that the new M43 Oly will release a better camera.
While I am in the stugger to make up my mind, Olympus only release the E-5 that is not I really wnated, and the reumours of moving away from 4/3 into M4/3. Therefore, choosing the Oly 4/3 higher grade lens is off for me. I end up with no other better option with Oly and certainly not willing to go for the E-PL1 now. Taking photo under bright sun light with E-P1 the Live view does not give me good view. It could be my eye eight issue and I need the EVF. Built in flash means less one FL-36R flash gun the carry during the tour. Out of the 900+ shots I only use the flash no more than 5 shots which built in flash can do the job for me.
I hope you guys understand why I am not happy and thinking of switching because Olympus did not offer any definite period to release what kind of new lenses and M43 camera. In the mean time I will still travel with my wife and does not wish to listen to her that others (her relatives) using Nikon and Canon has better picture taken than mine. Hmm.... how about posting some of those images up to see? Besides... The E-3 is due for a replacement last year, and the PENs aren't due for any so next year would be more logical,and it sure isn't easy to design a camera

My wife is pressing for switch the camera, just that I want to have better result on my next trip. She only comment on face value of the photos.

Why don't you post some images for critique? Maybe we can help you better that way, to help you solve the problem with your setting. If someone tells me that a Nikonor Canon entry level cameras can produce better images out of camera than a Pen, I strongly believe there are some settings that you have done incorrectly.

If given the correct tactic to use 45-200mm and the picture is still blurr, I think Panny can close-shop
Is your Ep-1 too "slippery" when a telezoom like the 45-200mm is put on? Adding a leather casing may help to get a firmer grip? Is the shutter speed you used at that time too low for you even with the IS help? you mentioned u climb a hill and take the shot, are you catching your breathe after that? That may cause shake too.

Please use only 1 of the 2 IS option. Either use the IBIS or the OIS. Not both together.
I use the E-PL1 and have the Lumix 14-140. if I have both the IS on, the images come out blur. It's blur free only when either 1 IS is on and when the speed is lower than the optimum.
Optimum speed is 1/(focal X 2)s. eg, shooting at 14mm, 1/28s and at 140mm, 1/280s being the minimum.
Another thing I notice, holding the PEN is very different from holding s dSLR. a dSLR seem more stable. I could handhold at speeds up to 10% lower then the optimum without having to turn on the IS.
