TFP with Modelling Agency

A modelling agency is looking for photographers to shoot their new models.
I'll help them shortlist 3 photographers to be recommended to them.

Do the photog have to pay for the studio rent?

Do the photog get to keep their rights ?

No time or dates yet... just if you're keen then I'll select and recommend the selected ones to the agency who will then work out a schedule to shoot the models, likely 1-2 at a time...

Just a reminder... a Com-Card shoot is not easy and definitely not like a typical model shoot... a mixture of outdoor & studio shots, each shot is a different outfit.. typically you'll need about 4-6 good photos for each Com-Card.. Creative ideas is important...

Are all costs (e.g. studio, makeup artist) bore by the photographer?

Makeup and Hair will be taken care of by the agency... any other costs will be by the photographer..

i know banal talk not welcome, i have a deep suspicion that it is one of those 'fleecing photographers type of proposal'. willy, not about you. thought you could have use more discretion.
