you can check Samples of my model shoots here: http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?t=172064

if you want to save, get a friend to help you on this.

why model release usually require girls to be above 18. That's because the porn industry in us requires the minimum age to be 18. The model release form allows the actress images, voices and everything else to be used in whatever way the photographer's happy.
Thus girls going for TFCD, for your own safety, never sign a model release form unless you're gonna let the photographer do whatever he wants with your photos.
unseen said:As refuted by my previous reply, please steer clear of TFCD models who do not want to sign, why bother with the hassle? And yes unseen, as succintly put forward by you but slightly distorted is the fact that you don't want to pay the model anymore money(TFCD) or have the parents sue you for more when you choose to publish your works.
Have a NIce Day!

wah.. muz find a notary sia.. power.
Hmmmm everyone's talking about a Model Release form. Why on earth does a TFCD need a model release form?
Bleah.. it's legal to take photos of girls under 16, nothing wrong with that IIRC. Anyone care to point me to actual references where it's not?
The only time I know you need model release form is when you plan to make money out of the photos, or want to be able to do anything you want with the photos. That's when you need to bind the model legally such that you can use the model's images without paying the models anymore money. You need minors to get guardians/parents to sign so that they can't break the contract, that's all.
If i were you llrene, I'd steer clear of those requesting a model release form. It'll just mean that if there are photos that you don't want anyone else to see, it's too late. The photographer can do whatever he wants.
Hmmm you don't know what a model release form is do you? Your whole reply just indicates so. Please go refer to Bleuwhale's link. don't show off your ignorance here. It's unbecoming.lycan said:Would love to see you go ahead and get a model shoot without a release and see her get an injunction against you or better yet... make a police report to get you, your assets....(That means your cameras, your pictures, your pc all seized in the name of an investigation) and if you're lucky a frontpage article on our favorite local daily.
TFCD/TFP means= (MY) Time for photos.(fair exchange, you get the pictures and I get to submit them for a competition or as stock images.)
....edit....
All it takes is for a "concerned" parent(financially maybe?) to flip allegations your way like " I think he took advantage of my daughter/son" "Do you think that he coerced him/her into doing his photoshoot?" He/She is still legally a minor and that can land you into a nice big pot of hot soup.(Think no job, search and seizure)
lycan said:I think you got your facts wrong on this, the point quoted by you is only relevant to the american legal system and is not related to crown law.(of which SG is using a derivative of)
