Test Drive Leica

Received the mail from schmidt marketing on test driving Leica m8 and the Summarit lenses.

So what really do them mean by test drive? Can i get to loan the cam and lens for several days to shoot? Or is it some marketing gimmick to just try the cam and lens in the store?

I think I read about this on Photo Malaysia...

It's just for the afternoon or during some events... U pass them your IC, bring the M8 for a spin and then return it to them after 30min or so later...

So it's just really like a test drive. Bringing it home is call a "Loan". :bsmilie:

However, it's an invitation only event?
