got a sigma lens from them, after 5 months, requested lens to send for calibration as image is soft. provide test chart to them before send to sigma for calibration. Pay $150 first, email them with invoice. in 1 week they transfund to me the cost.

Planning to get the new 40mm STM, this' some good news. Hope to get more reviews from fellow CSers !

Hi, i was thinking of getting a camera from technogadgets but would you know if I can still get an extended warranty from manufacturer in this case. Read about extended warranty from fujifilm cameras but wondering how it works with purchase from the online store.

Place an order for sigma 17-50 and full payment on same day 23/12/12.
Sent sms on 24/12/12 to mobile no. given at website stating I need to go oversea assignment end of this week for 3 weeks and required the len.
No reply received and sent sms again on 26/12/12. Received reply 2 hours later saying item will be available only on next Monday.That is more than 4-5 days.
Will call them if they can speed up the delivery

Bought 2 'L' lenses from them before. First one came in 5 working days, the second one came late and when I iMessage 'Tony', he replied in about 2 hours time that it's delayed for another few more days and apologized. I have no choice but to wait since I want the lens.

I dun see anything wrong with HIS service but MY GUESS (i might be wrong) is that the office at Ngee Ann is not his own office, probably a rented place with receptionists for multi services. I once see some people came and collect non-photography items, and some came to collect documents. What the receptionists do is ask them check and sign. That's all.

After all, their lens are all new and it's working fine all along, I dun see any problem to order with them again if I needed to.

I bought Nikon 24-70 f2.8 Nano from them and it has been working fine since one year ago. I opened package in which every thing is new and no sign of used/test. The mount steel was completed new. And I love it. I can save much money on that. I chose to pay with Paypal and pay instalment after that with bank which give me flexible money planning. I will buy new Nikon body there again in the near future. Might be D800 or D810.

I bought a Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 vc from them and its working perfectly. Service was good, price was reasonable, didn't encounter any problem.

I got all my equipment from them. I am doing bank transfer for payment. Once done transfer email them, they will place ur order, about 1 week item will reach n u just go and collect. Oh, when collecting please check equipment. As the assistance know nothing about camera.

There may be a delay in the shipment. Your item may not be popular. He is usually quite prompt in replying. Check your junk mail, or wait for another couple of days.

This is totally horrible, if they do not respond to queries after receiving the monies.

they seem to be completely unresponsive to questions regarding stock, insisting that you place an order first, which is absurd... at least some indication of when stock would arrive (apart from the stock answer of "4-5 working days in most cases"), especially if there is an urgent need, would have been more helpful. no emails were replied to after waiting for several days either...
