using ep3 wid voig 25mm f0.95 @ 0.95 has very bad frames coming down under unnatural light on video 60i.... any reason or any way to solve...? it s kinda same wid epl2...

Does EP3 automatically rotates pictures taken in vertical mode? Have anyone tried editing pictures taken by EP3 via photo editing software and viewing it again n EP3? Does it work?
My EPL1 does not have auto orientation. And the worst thing is if I rotate the pic on PC, that pic will not be displayed correct when I view it again in EPL1. It will state error. Same error happens if I edit the exposure/contrast of my pic via photo editing software.

Yes, EP3 does come with auto orientation.

Can the touch screen be totally switched off ?
I used GF3 for few days and find it annoying. Because I may accidentally touch the screen and the focus point is dragged to nowhere.
Every time I power on the camera and ready to shot, I have to reset the focus point again.

Put aside the technology (built in flash, faster focusing, touch screen) and compare the picture quality between Ep1 and EP3, this is
what I observer from dpreview comparison (page 20 - page 22;
- Color is no better off, almost identical to me
- Sharpness almost identical to me
- EP3 AWB is more accurate
- EP3 noise is slightly better

EP3 definitely a lot sharper. I don't touch my EP1 & 2 any more if I can help it. E-PL2 is already a lot sharper than EP1/2.
EP3 noise is much better than EP1/2. However I do find the EP3 noise reduction is a bit too strong at the default Standard setting compared to E-PL2 especially for high ISO shots. So I set mine to Low instead.

Thanks. I owned EPL2 for few months and sold it off. Yes, it is sharper and noise are better are due to the settings on AA filter.
However, it also degrade the color accuracy. EPL2 color is so “unoly” color to me if I compare to EP1/EP2.
Still waiting for the stock arrive to get a set. It should give a good output when pair with 12mm f2.
EPL1 onwards has low AA filter. Hasnt really test with EPL1 vs EP3, but already EPL1 is sharper than EP1 and more details. Had EP1 for 6 months, sold off due to EVF for manual focus lenses. At times, i find EPL2 colors weird (skintone), though it's a personal opinion. One thing on the EP3 oled is the colors tend to be on the warm side, and colors do look un-oly on it, on computer it's ok.

Pretty much what I am seeing. Shame the IQ is near identical to the EPL1/2.
