As for your video, I would have to agree it's very poorly done. It reminded me of videos prepared by secondary school kids to show off their "year-end memories", with all the picture taking skills that giggly kids with compact cams usually employ.
Aside from the poor focus at times, there's the exposure issues, the chopped off limbs and the cheap-looking flare.
As for tilt, do you even know where it started and for what reason? It wasn't to "look cool" or "creative".

Yes compression can and does do strange things to your pictures, but your audiences won't see it. You can give excuses and perhaps very valid reasons for why your pictures don't look the way they are supposed to but you are judged on your final product.
Likewise with poses, lighting and composition, these things don't change with how you process or en/decode them, but I could be wrong, because this is how it is in my world I don't know about yours.
You can blame the final results on many things, these things like computer software and hardware eventually might improve as they always do given time, but I'm afraid your standard might stay the same if you don't change one very fundamental thing - and that is the photographer.
That said you are very brave to post your work here because I don't dare so you might want to take my words with a pinch of salt since there's probably something you know that i don't.

I think you make plenty of sense for me now, speaking of pose, lighting and composition. There is sure plenty of things which can be work on. If the critique comes in this direction, then it serves well.
I am glad you understood what I am trying to say as it comes technically with the software, nevertheless you are also right to say these are no excuses for the man behind the viewfinder.

I remove to protect the interest of the model. Such kind of critics is ok for the clip but not good for the model.

The pictures in the now removed video, is really bad and in my opinion, not worth keeping.
As a very fist ginger step into portrait photography, maybe they are worth the experience you gain, but to take up hard disk space, they are not worth the space they occupied on your disk.
Really, at the end of the day, how you take our criticism is all up to you.
You can try to become better, or forever stranded in being a GWC with a bloated ego is up to you.
