Looks good. Beats bringing a video head. haha

Cons: It's expensive!

Does anyone know a lighter solution for smaller cameras?

I nearly fainted when I saw the price. LOL.. but that's the lightest motorised head i've seen

The whole setup with the Slider + Wizard Motion + Target is considered super light already …

I think its lighter than the Cinevate Atlas 10 i had previously (which is just a slider)

But actually, if you practice enough, you can do motorised-like motion day in day out … Non of the top pros has motorised sliders back in the days and their sliding shots are still awesome.

*of course, if you are talking about time-lapse, thats another thing. I had the dynamic perception machine and its hell big to bring around.

Can anyone verify?

I read somewhere that the edelkrone, despite its small size, still need a big tripod because of the weight. And because a big tripod is needed, it's back to square one on not saving space and weight.

Yes. Confirm need bigger tripod.

The basic manfrotto 701 and standard legs won't do.

Head at least a 502 and a middle spreading tripod.
