But maybe replace the clouds and clone in from one of the exposures? :bsmilie:
That's the trouble with HDR of sunrise/sunset .. the sun and the clouds move too fast! :bsmilie:

Yes... long exposures clouds tend to be in diff positions. Lazy to PP the clouds... haha...

This one is nice... but its not dessert... its desert... even taking photos u also think of food! :devil:

A group of Tangshooters gathered early in the morning to catch the sunrise at Changi beach

#4 - Red Red Egg Yolk

I like this one, shows the roughness of the sea. Very nice blue and orange colours. For those who weren't there, it was an extremely windy morning.

#5 - Approaching

I finally caught the sunrise @ Changi! Thanx to Billy for the info! Learnt a lot abt planning for landscape shots these last few days and finally see the planning reap the harvest...

I share my long exposure series first. Most shots exposed between 45 seconds to 90 seconds. A jia ba lang brand GND8 filter used. I simply love this 10 bucks filter coz of the purplish cast it creates... haha... dunno if it works for all or not...

Indeed, the purple cast gives these pictures a fairytale-like quality. are the stars in the 2nd picture add-ons, or real?

#2. Finally! An eggyolk!
Left the waves as they are, burnt the sky to reveal the crimson glory.

I like this, can see some motion blur of the waves, but not totally formless. loved the blue against the orange.

Stars are add ons... Hee... U have spotted tat they are fake! :sweat:

thks. now that you mentioned, i noticed there's none on your 10-20 sigma. impressive. think got to do with the angle when shooting. will pay more attention to that.

thanks. had many similar shots but most of us repeated this angle.

Love the footprints concept... A different approach to the normal sand trails... nice!

thanks. this is the only 1 in my stock that has a bit of variant from the rest. all else are repeated in some ways. and thanks for the nicks.
