Take train to Simei
Take bus 9 at busstop 96169,18 stops Simei Street 3.
alight at changi village
or
Take cab at simei

Bumboat fare is $2.50 iirc[/b]

Taking smallest denomination... 8 people for a bus... should be able to accomadate 8,16 or 24 people.. so looking at the picture... 24 should be better number as they can fit 2 ferry.. right??? Okie so no one fly areplane fo this one please.. kekeke
