5 ppl and above was imposed pre 100th outing coz tat time we try to ensure tat 100th outing is indeed the 100th outing and not the 101st etc... but we do have ad hoc outings < 3 tat time also.

Now we resume the past of 3ppl and above.

When we last say at least 3 to consider an outing.. it caught on the very nest day... and when we approach 100th .. its was raise to 5.. and it caught on...

So even the aftermath of clarifications after calrifications... still cannot erase that from perception... and i am just amazed by the fact that why certain things sticks but some dun.. haaa...
