its a good wide angle lens:cry:

Ya hor... why ??? now when I want to sell it... I feel little bit sad too.

This is a very sharp lens , and the distortion is super low, infact, this is one of the lowest distortion lens in the market.

The lens is not so sharp wide open , and the biggest aperture is F4.5. I once took the lens for a paid indoor event shoot, due to the indoor lightings, I have to use biggest aperture and the image is not so sharp, well, sharp lah,,,, but not as impressive as stop down a little. This lens is sharp from F8 onwards.

Due to the big front element , you cannot use filters .... one of the constrain also.

This lens is capable of handling full-frame. You are using 1DS.... want or not.... cheap cheap let go to you... :bsmilie:

I though of going for the sigma 10-20, it is a sharp lens also, distortion is slightly higher, but it is able to use filters ( those cokin square filters ). Aperture wise, both are the same.

well, if my pocket is soooooooo deep, then I don't mind to purchase and keep for fun, too bad, I have 2 kids to feed, so I can only have one wide lens. :bsmilie:
