Just back from the waves sunset shoot. Location is good but the setting sun is blocked by the trees. And too many peoples at the waves. I think best time is dawn shoot when nobody around. Next sunset shoot I will try pandan reservoir?

I prefer no IS, IS is very very heavy leh,,,,, seriously consider about it.

No good shots. Wanted to do hdr but too many people around. Can forget about sunset at the waves, now is call human waves and too popular.

Eh, actually IS or not doesnt make much difference to the weight... big difference is between the F4s and the F2.8s

Yah guys, don't bother with the wave too many people around unless go in the middle of the night or very early for sunrise.
