Q1) How much are you willing to pay to attend a ONE day Portrait D.I. workshop (purely cover the essentials for portrait only.)

a) $50-$100
b) $100-$150
c) $150-$200

Q2) Which timings would you prefer:

a) 2 sessions, 3 hour each
b) One day whacke everything, morning session then after lunch continue.

Bro, my opinion go with the cost that match the market, as for timing 2 session 3 hours each sound reasonable but in a day.
