They will provide us with screen
The total number of people the room can hold is 4 tables
which is 40 people(10 per table)
Of course we can try to add more chairs if we exceed that amt

We need to confirm within 5 days if we want the venue.if not,the venue will be released
to others
the Nett price per pax is $45.91
the $3 surcharge is Per event not per pax
so we only need to pay $3 more

If confirmed i will arrange a date to go down to see the venue
