Yeah, anyway I made a call directly to the company this morning. Service manager called me in the afternoon and he is pursuing the case on my behalf. He sounds genuinely customer-oriented and promised to get back to me this evening or latest by tomorrow. If he resolves the issue in a satisfactory manner, I'll nominate him for GEMS award. :think:

5.30pm - 7.30pm solve issue through the phone

Yes, exactly. I told the Service Manager as well. It's not the money, it's whether the integrity of the staff is lacking. :angry:
