Just got a reply from the model. I had done TFCD on her before. The date chosen 13 Apr 08 for the shoot, pending her reply. Max 3 photographers including me are allowed.

Wah.. just randomly browse the Cosplay thread and was rather shock about the things they say about CS photogs. kekekekek....:bsmilie: Cosplayers are creative with their costume, photogs with their camera and it can be quite a good equation... but probably my assumption was wrong..

sad... so sad... wat to do... there will always be these kinda cases arnd, taking free things for granted. Not appreciating the effort these cosplayers put into their costumes and makeup etc. Also, as DSLRs gets more and more affordable, ppl will just carry their guns arnd and shoot machiam like a pro. Unless got photography etiquette education courses prior to buying a DSLR but also not much help lar.
I know nuts abt anime except for those really popular ones and have to admit i went to these cosplay events to shoot cosplayers coz its free (main reason) and coz of their costumes etc.
PS: not targetting at anyone specific but at the general bunch of photogs whom include myself in the list.
Juz basic courtesy ask be4 shooting. If rejected dun be like a pest and stick behind waiting for chance to pounce on prey lidat... Do not disturb the players if they r eating, drinking or engaging in conversation.
So much for my long winded talk but i believe this kinda things will always happen as long as basic courtesy is not practised by the photographers. :cry:
PS: Not targetting at anyone but a juz a feeling from me. Wat I say applies for myself also and anyone...
