Yeah... we want willing and free models... to horn our skills. If its mutually benefitting.. why not?
But i think Phoa likes to strike Professional Cord.. so he is making sure that everything is nicely carried out... so much for our half-bake wishful thinking. We need to take it seriously good for our practice and the model feel good about our shoot.

The reason for my PS is to get it a little dull with depression... so u se only very little violet and pink diffusing out... will catch to discuss when i meet u ...!!

The process is actually complicated. Using Channel mixer , burning, dodging, layers, curves etc.... basically it is to get the most detail out of a color image when you convert it into a Black and White image, follow by burning and dodging to make the image the way you wanted.

Sounds like the usual darkroom method....
That is very correct actually. For traditional darkroom, there is only 2 things you can do. Either you increase the contrast ( adjust the RED ) or you burn and dodge ( adjust the amount of exposure time ).
For reproducing the similar effect in digital, you have to optimise the amount of details that is being captured in all the colors ( RED, GREEN and BLUE ), hence you will be able to get the most amount of detail out of the picture.
By using the channel mixer, you are able to get back the most amount of details captured. After that, you then use layers to further optimise the portion ( to get back the texture ) of a particular portion you wanted by burning or dodging the area.
I am still very new to this... and is also trying out things.
