haha!! to be honest i dont think i covered any roadshow before..only cosfest the most..but roadshow shoot models who are always the same..haha shoot landscape! or...maybe can shoot macro cos i buying the raynox dcr 250 adapter thingie le..i was fascinated by someone using it on the macro section haha

Yeah.. me too, once a while is fine, but too many nothing fascinating...i think you re good in landscape, you have the eyes...and abstracts too.

i'm not that good at landscape yet i feel, its just the processing that makes the photo looks good. abstract is fun, its basically shooting anything and calling them abstracts mah HAHA

i'm perhaps gg to try macro soon with the new adapter! but still landscape + street (pple / abstract ) my top choices. too bad singapore landscape doesnt give any breathtaking shots..

of cos there have been nice landscape taken nicely in singapore by others but still don't see the really breathtaking ones because we dont have them in the first place like huge valleys, rainforest blah blah..haha

Looks good but not into panaroma. haha my gf stays near pandan reservoir, got quite a few shots of it. i shot on the side nearer to commonwealth sec, havent go to the other side to shoot yet though..abit too far..

i wan to shoot desert...shoot mountains..! hahaha

we can take a mini bus at pulau ubin

suggestions:
a) Just after the jetty, look for minibus.
Pay a little for a "rundown" minibus for your direct trip to Chek Jawa & inform the drivers on the pick up time for the journey back.

Or

b) Discuss & nego with the driver on additional stops along the way + Chek Jawa that you would like to do your photoshoot & pay accordingly.

no need mini bus lahz..just make it as a compact camera outing..then we can rent the bicycles to tour around the island..travel lite..
