1. Proposal for Dinner and Location
- Buffet dinner at Fort Canning Pool Terrace Level 3
- Date: 31st May 2008
- Time: 6PM - 10PM
- Usage of function room
- Buffet Dinner
- Cost breakdown: $39.00+++ + 10% Service Charge + 7%GST
- Estimated cost per participants (Dinner Only) ~ $50.00 nett
- Estimated cost includes rental of projector / miscellaneous fees
- Minimum 20 person
- Buffet Menu - Please check bottom of post
- Excess amount receipt from dinner will goes to charity
Outstanding issues:
- Check for projector usage ->Redsun
- Check for food whether its Hala ->Redsun
- Booking to be confirmed within 3 working days ->Redsun
- Personnel to handle collection of payment -> Dinner Commitee (yet to decide)
Conclusion:
The counsel have decided to go ahead with the abovementioned plan.
Participants who have better recommendation then this please get P.O. and submit to the counsel within 2 working days. (10th May 2008)
Participants who are not agreeable, please pull out name from dinner list within 3 working days. (12th May 2008)
TBC participants are to update status and give confirmation within 3 working days. (12th May 2008)
Mode of payment and payment notice will be send to confirmed participants within 3 working days after booking.
This planning shall cease to go ahead if the head count falls below 20.
2. Proposal for Model Shoot
- Location: Around Fort Canning Area (But not Fort Canning)
- Date: 31st May 2008
- Time: 2PM - 5PM
- Theme: OL美媚
- Outfit: Office wear
- Models to be disclosed to confirmed participants only
- Targeted ratio for model shoot is kept between 5:1 to 7:1, depending on the number of participants
- Price to be disclosed to confirmed participants only (estimated below $50)
Outstanding issues:
- All liasing with models ->phoakm
- Personnel to handle collection of payment -> Model Shoot Commitee (yet to decide)
Conclusion:
The counsel have decided to go ahead with the abovementioned plan.
Mode of payment and payment notice will be send to confirmed participants by 16th May 2008.
This planning shall continue to go ahead regardless of head count.
3. Proposal Programmes for Dinner
A. Group Photos Slide Show
- All Tang Shooters with group photos or candid shots of members take note, please send any of these photos you have to
gavinkhoojm@gmail.com by 27th May 2008.
- g-khoo will be compiling all group photos and candid moments into a slide show
B. Photos Presentation by all Tang Shooters
- A photo slideshow will be played for viewing during dinner
- Each participants are to bring a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 of your best photos
- Every photo must be taken during Tang Shooters outing
- All photos submitted must be in JPEG format (with the longest side of minimum 800pixels)
- You can either submit in CD/DVD/CF/SD/MS/thumbdrive/etc.
Outstanding issues:
- Bring laptop ->phoakm
- Bring Multi-Card Reader ->lkkang
- Rental of projector ->pckee (Alternative sources - naka or pierce)
Conclusion:
Programme A & B will go as planned.
We welcome any other suggestions for programmes.
