Lower Pierce, you drive up Uppper Thomson Road, just by the traffice lights that right turn leads to Ang Mo Kio, you take the left, that will lead you to the Lower Pierce and the car park will be on your left.

that road should be 'old upper thomson road'..... aka devils bend where illegal bike racing are quite happenning in the 80s.
