After 23rd May will be 197 outings. 3 more outings to MEGA PRODUCTION SHOOT in June 14. Registration to start when nearer to date.
As usual, to ensure we hit the 200th outing mark on time, we try to restrain outings to adhoc between 24th May to 14th June. In this period, only 2 more official outings to be planned. One more outing would be the monthly theme shoot in may to be planned by sprintist (should be end may). Another outing would be in first week of June.
All other outings are ad hoc these period. So do not post any more outings in gatherings and outings thread but instead, shift ad hoc outings to TCSS thread. After 200th outing, the normal procedure resumes.
For organisers of outings, please take note to housekeep your thread. Butties can assist to housekeep whenever they are free but responsibility still fall on organiser. Do note also to get contacts of new members before the outing to allow ease of contact before and during outing. After outing, pass the new contacts to kuantoh or redsun for HR maintenance. If unsure about whether the member has joined our outing be4, drop a PM to kuantoh or redsun to confirm.
