Buttie, organised by Charby?? lolx... nice b/w and effort. Here are my noob comments.
Whats Good: Nice controlled on white, nice mood, good clear skies, good long gown.
What need to improve: Should not have place the tree in the middle of pic. should not cropped her long gown. should have shoot wider more abit, cos she is already outstanding among the trees, skies.
Suggestion: i will shoot in landscape, instead of portrait.

This is just my personal feel and sharing from my novice point of view. And overall, i like the way u pp this pic.

i feel 2 much sky oredi, maybe like wat glenn say shoot landscape will be beta...

Buttie, find the lighting a bit flat, there is too much empty space on top as there's nothing interesting above your signature, and bride's head seems to merge into the tree. Agree with Glenn that maybe its better to be in LS orientation. Like the PP, can bring out the serenity and blissful feeling of the bride. Overall good effort!

1. Composition lacking. The tree behind is taking my attention away from the bride's face. I am fine with the portrait mode and the skies but there is a slight tilt in the horizon.

2. Including the whole gown is preferred.

3. I would prefer a lower angle shot. I suppose u r using 14-24. Go lower, include the whole gown and show more of the bride expression.

4. Black and white conversion do not work here. Blacks are too strong, and gray is lacking.

Thanks all butties por C&C. Glenn this is not charby's shoot..
I agree it might be better in landscape, will try more variation next time round. But Its actually the whole gown liao, no more.

This looks good buttie..tack sharp panning..well done!

Thankz bbbuttie james.. earlier batch was using manual lens to pan and focus...very shagz...
