Can you guys teach me how to PP moller pics? Any reference webby?

oh i just pp skin nia
do 1 or 2 speshow nia

smoothen skin
here ish 1 of the method

1.Duplicate Layer
2.Filter->Blur->Surface Blur.Adjust settings until you cant see the textures on the skin
3.Without texture,skin looks unnatural.Filter->Noise->Add Noise.A small amount is enough
4.Click on the Add Layer Mask button
5.Click on paint bucket and fill the layer mask with black.You will see the original picture
6.Use a brush with foreground colour white and brush the skin to reveal the layer
7.Brush the areas until you get what you want

shoot high key, bright bright, ambient light, up contrast, up black up exposure, make sure face dont have overblown areas can liao..good for stock. hahahha

I thought when submitted to stocks, the agency somehow got some format to adjustment the photos. I see stocks all have same pp formula. All bright photos.
