As some members may not know, and I think all TS members have the right to know. We have external parties passing negative comments about TS.

We are in the process of tidying up. Giving TS a brand new image. Together let's help make Tang Shooters a better one.

Ahh, the comic effect... is quite a difficult process, try using a photo with lesser details hor a Tong Le peekture..kekekekek

I am in favour of the one common language to share our mind. Its condusive and non-threatening fo new visitors to join in... Eveyone will find join in to conversation easier... only then is the topic which may impede the talks.... common lang can sync your mind and passion and resonate it to red hot fast....

Just wondering if the excessive control will tie down the fun and comaraderie of the formation? Its afterall - TCSS... if we follow the law, we will be talking about body part and singing song... and i believe that respect and discipline need not compromise the integrety of the group nor the name or image that we have been building... what we do see its the continual escalatoion of skill enhancing by the members... the creative propelling of great many outings... the generation of structure within the goup...

I truely believe that at times we should hold up our head.. so that rumour mongers will undestand that our passion is all geared for photography and its craft. A Chinese saying goes : "a big tree do suffer greater wind catchment..." So its truely important that we do due introspect and continue our photpography race and have loads of fun.. and ohhh... behaves...

we can't impact how people think or react but we can definitely impact our own thinking and reaction

best to advocate self control and self respect...

even if we have a bad incident, as long as we are ready to admit the issue, learn from it and move on... we will grow stronger.
