don't quite agreed this should be discussed in an open forum. Best to do a face to face chat coz different people will have different interpretations of the outcome if discussion is taken online.

We dun cease anybody from becoming TSer, mainly TS is not a registered society and its also not a profitable organisation. We didn't even collect membership fees. We treat everyone here like frens, if u like the outing u just come along. Make more frens and together bring ur photography skills to greater heights. As i have say earlier, we neither force u to buy the TS t-shirt or neither did we force u brand urself as TSer. The group membership is u apply urself..as for the social group is by my invitation which anyone can reject.
To date we have 100+ CS members who have joined us..20+ are advisory & Sec.Comm members and another 20+ are regular members who have continued to show support for TS organised activities..the remaining some still continued to show interest with our outings and some members only join us once. Our door is still open to them.
However, we do reject personnel, only if the person has evil thoughts and out to create/do any evildoings and tarnish the name of TS. Believe me, there are such people.
If pursuing photography and making more friends is ur main objective, then u will definitely enjoy ur stay here.

With thanks to the moderators I am glad to announce that TangShooters is the first group to be given this priveledge of personalizing membership. I believe that its also an attribute to the structure that we have set up so far. Not a matter to undermine anyone or play down anyone' roles.
We have becomes what we are today with everyones' chipping in and everyones' objections. We have improved from every fall and we have became better friends from every quarrel and best of all... We became better from every critique. Lets move on to greater heights.
Congratulations TangShooters! Let's move on happy and in strength.
