Is there adapter for canon lenses to fix on nikon camera? I know there adapter for nikon lenses to fix canon camera. Any one have know about this adapter.

Technically not feasible !

The distance of Nikon camera from mount to film is longer than the distance of Canon camera from mount to film.

Therfore, you may use an adapter to fit a Nikon lens to a Canon body. But you cannot use an adapter to fit a Canon lens to a Nikon body ( Even if you can fit, the lens will not be able to focus to infinity ).

I was about to mention 500D acromatic lens to you... Seems like you already tried many many things.

I have been dealing with micro-scopic things ( electronics stuff ) and have seen many setups that uses a microscope ( x20 amplification ) with an adapter to fit a DSLR at the eyepiece location.

However, if you are going to shoot outdoor... then good luck...:sweat:

I believe u want more DOF..meaning more things to remain sharp..:think:
Aperture must go all the way up..couple it with some flash..sometimes framing the photo to best utilize the focal plane oso plays a part..
No problem posting picture here..knowledge sharing at the same time have fun is TS main objective..

Try Sigma 100m w close up filter. Works well for me

to increase the DOF, have you tried TILT lens...
