I am reading 40D vs 5D post. I am thinking of switching camp for extreme macro photography using mpe-65mm lense. Nikon cannot make it to extreme macro.

bro, have you tried to use 2 lenses ( filter to filter , reverse mount ). seems like this method is able to achieve like 1:4 ratio.

Cool down bro, go with your preference. 5D with MPE 65 is a good choice.

All have dof limited. DOF drives me crazy especially when USM-- i do not know how to explain.

All have dof limited. DOF drives me crazy especially when USM-- i do not know how to explain.

I believe u want more DOF..meaning more things to remain sharp..:think:
Aperture must go all the way up..couple it with some flash..sometimes framing the photo to best utilize the focal plane oso plays a part..
No problem posting picture here..knowledge sharing at the same time have fun is TS main objective..

I remember ortega ever post 1 bug shot at f45..super sharp..
