From 6pm - 10pm

Planning as below:
3pm : meet at Outram Park MRT
3pm-6pm : go around in Chinatown, Festive Bazaar, shoot anything/ anywhere we want to shoot/ go
6pm-7.30pm : dinner time
After dinner, we can proceed for opening ceremony, lighting street, on stage performamce, etc....

Free and easy, you may join and leave at anytime.
