Buttie, I can see that u use 4 shots to stitch this coz the transition lines between the shots are pretty obvious. May wan to consider patching them or blending them.

I love this pano for the exposure and nice reflections. Only nitpick would be the RHS where by u could have cater more space and not cropping at the building to balance up the picture. As for the front foreground railing, I would prefer to clone it out as it does not really frame the whole pic. If allowed more railings into foreground then probably include them in to act as a frame.
