Anyway, I can guess ur name in fb. Bring along a tripod if you have, in fact is a must. A remote / wired shutter release would be recommended too. Bring one WA lens and one tele. In view that you just started, u may have a multipurpose lens from 18-200 which is good enuff. If not a kit lens would suffice (18-55 etc). Most importantly, dun rush into taking a shot. See, feel and compose before setting up for the shot.
Btw, there are no shifus here. Only BUTTIES to SIC. Wait say shifu some ppl say we all hao rians or will gana stir **** one. :heart:

Haha I'm the guy who asked about the outing on Facebook! Anyway I only got 1lens which is 18-105mm. And yup it's my first time shooting sunrise, but willing to learn some techniques from you guys! Hope to shoot some good sunrise pics before facing doomsday on Monday afternoon lol!
