Hi all,

I don't see a thread for this so I thought of starting it. I just got a new piece of this recently and am really enjoying it.

The AF is slower I must agree but the image quality are quite good. Will be going to test the lens out at the zoo this weekend.

In day light, the lens is really useful. At night, Tripod is a must.

Any other users out there with reviews?

:)

Cheers~

Yeah.. Got this Lens a few month back..it's a good lens for it's price.

But the only bad thing is that it doesn't have VC like it's other version. So like u said, tripod is really a must for night shoots.

Other than the VC prob. I dun see what else is bad abt this lens..comes with lens hood as well..it's not a bad deal

Motor is noisy and focusing is slow although I would agree that IQ is good. It has been in my dry cab for some time already!
