Anyone know where else is selling this lens?

I tried it out at John3:16 today... $960... Nice and sharp, with a little blurry at 300mm and some CA at both ends.. Maybe the one copy I tested (not intending to buy yet so dun wanna trouble them too much) had some problems... Noticed also that the zooming had a bit of resistence between 220 - 300mm... Again could be a QC problem.

Is TK still selling at 920?

Anywhere else cheaper?

i just gotten my A20 and i like the len, nice and sharp but it's takes sometime to focus in low light. with the VC i think it's okie... i dun really see any blurry at 300mm and dun see any CA at both ends maybe coz i'm using 400D with smaller sensor but i read in some review that CA appear in full fame cam like the 5D, correct me if i'm wrong.

you are right about the zooming... there are bit of resistance i believe the resistance is due to the zooming radius between 200 to 300mm, b'coz they compact the zooming radius of the len between 200 to 300m therefore causes the resistance but not a very big problem for me...

Saw an advert recently in CS selling a second hand for $1000. Any Nikon user using this Tamron lens and what's your view comparing to Nikon's 18-200?
