he even had an old stock but brand new full AF teleconverter for sony/minolta 1x1.4 which cost around $80.00 only which he says the AF would work on all lens types.. i didnt buy since i only bought enough to get the 28-200 tokina.

hey jus a quick qn, i have a 17-50mm and am considering a 28-75 f2.8 for street. so with a 1.4x convertor i can 24-70mm jus like tat? any loss in my aperture?

jus found my own answer. paiseh waste space. a 1.4x will cost a f-stop. seems like no free lunch.

Uncle Wong ask you all to call before going down. Some of you thought he wanted to increase price, that's why he wasn't selling when the stock was sitting there. Sorry for those disappointed. He honored his words to those he had confirmed reservation. He is a real gentleman.
