i stupidly tried to fix mine myself (even though it was taking photos very well). I managed to fix it.. its now solid but the plastic ring i'm pretty sure is bent and cracked. thankfully the lens is prefectly fine (no injuries)
How much does a new plastic ring cost?
Does the plastic ring even matter? (besides resale value)
If i put a filter to cover the whole front area will that work?
I'm in melbourne btw. Please recommend if you know where to fit a new plastic ring if thats important
