Tamron 17-35 and KM 17-35

Hi, which lens is better? I am planning to get myself this range but Understand that they are made by Tamron. However, because KM is a DT lens, it may not be suitable for film or full frame camera in future. Am I right. Optically are the identically the same? Heard that the hood is better for Tamron also.

Both lenses are not DT lens...

Hence, it can be used on FF camera.

Hi Guys,

Got any sample image from KM 17-35mm?? Thought of getting it too.. But now still stuck with Tamron or KM version. For Tamron one is 3yrs warranty which is very tempting..
