I think this is OTing from the TS question??? to TS, just get a few frens together and practise on them. It's the easiest way to learn. Apart from that, hang around the portraits and poses section of CS and try to learn how to compose your pics the way others do and slowly u may or may not develope your own style of shooting.
If all tht fails... you COULD join one of the organised shoots that CS always have (even though i dun go for them) and maybe u might chance upon a friendly sifu that might share a thing or 2 with u? GOOD LUCK!
