Taking over existing Daylight Studio

Hello guys...

I am moving out from my current studio at the expiry of the lease on 15 Sept 2011. I will be moving to my own studio.

It is a nice little single storey shophouse with under $2k rent per month.

Just giving a lead to people who wanted to have a studio and don't need to go through the whole process of renovation. I have two aircons installed, so if you want to take over, I am happy to leave it with a fee.

If you would like to rent, I can give you the details of the landlord.

I don't have any to gain, but just give you guys a lead as I believe it is a very nice place to have a studio.
