if you have to ask, you don't appreciate how a D3S works and hence, you don't need it.

Hahahah.. I used go pro during rafting in pandas last 2 weeks(kinabalu place).

Well, i do not how many peoples would like to use d3s. I read some website that d3s megapixel is smaller than 5dmk2, color quality as well. But d3s is a monster to shoot night scene with high iso.

Why i ask about this topic?
1. No budget to buy new body specially 1dx
2. If buy second hand , my budget only can get second hand 1dmk4 ( but its not full frame).
3. Second hand price is almost same as d3s ( full frame body) - but low megapixels.

5dmk2 got big resolution with 30fs hd movies.

If anyone can share what is advantages and disadvantages with d3s? Is it good to do potrait shoots?

If its good, maybe i will consider to do trade with other peoples who need to switch between canon and nikon with all accesorries and lens.

I'm sure the size of the D3s will cause penis envy amongst the clubsnapper ranks.
