Thanks for sharing, went for Yunnan few years ago, but didn't managed to capture as nice as yours. I notice that the exposure control is perfect. Was it done in-camera? Care to share some tips?? Thanks

Actually both "internal" and "external"
Internal
- being Singaporean , I KS, shoot raw to have more room for recovery in pp
"external"
- wait for good lighting
- use GND to reduce the contrast range, the lesser the range, the easier to get good colors
- and of cse pp is done, bu i mostly use "auto" mode in LR / PS

I shoot raw before too, but found that my PP skills is still not there yet, so end up depend on the camera by shooting JPEG ;p

raw is more useful in difficult lighting condition,
I dun do much pp also, just use it to recover the details if needed

hmmm, this is the first time I know about LightRoom, went to do a google on it and found it to be from Adobe as well, and it is said to be a image management application. But I still can't find how is it different from Photoshop which can also be use as a image editing application.
Care to share some light?
Photoshop is a much more powerful in terms of image manipulation ,
while LightRoom is more geared towards photo management and (lighter) processing
e.g.
some things Light Room cannot do currently
- layering
- channel swap
Some things PhotoShop don't do
- provide a catalog to manage/organise your photos
- keeps the original by default
in short
if you need to do alot of pp on fewer photos - photoshop
if you need to pp alot of photos with basic pp - light room ;p
