nope they dont work in the same way

the action sampler takes all 4 exposures at the exact same time

the supersampler takes the 4 exposure at timed intervals, there's fast and slow from you to choose from, i cant rem the exact timing thou... hee

hope my explanation is clear enough, otherwise you can google to find out more...
