super cheap GP battery charger

saw it this morning at Carrefour.

$19.90 for GP charger plus 4XAA 1600ma batteries

super cheap. But its a super long 16hr charger.

Might as well buy the $18 one from Mustafa.... charges in 4 hours or so.

yes it comes with 4XAA 1600ma batteries, for only $19.90

but its 16hrs compared to mustafa ones only 5hrs for $18 but without any batteries

Last time bought it with 8 batteries for $39.90 with free bag. Think it was once $29.90 with bag and 8 batteries b4.

Is this a time based charger? If so, then its only limited to supported batteries of certain capacity only. Don't think can support 1800mAh, can it?
