Foreground is way out of focus i think.

I agree…the moment i saw the photo, my eyes were concentrated on the out of focus foreground instead of the sunrise in the background. Speaking of sunrise, i don't see a sun.

Foregrounds can slowly take viewer's eyes slowly into e background least tats how I feel but e pic is doing e opposite. E oof foreground is drawing e attention away and thus when I view e pic, my eyes were on e foreground.
"eye catching" I guess ^^
