I went there a few weeks ago,
Early bird special: Free entry before 8.30am.
Bring your insect repellent cause certain places got mosquito.
Bring or borrow telephoto lens. etc 70-300mm normal zoom lens.

My 2c:
Actually, the ticketing counter is also the entrance and the space is quite big and open.
Staff at the entrance are usually very friendly.
Just send anyone who's already there in first lah.
So only the few latecomers need to pay.
At the entrance there's a good sized waiting area where those who are in can see people arriving, so no worries about missing out anyone.

Thanks for the info. Not much of a chance, especially in a group outing. There will be late comers.
