hehehe I think overall, "business" was not too bad during the time I was there, though we did encounter some terribly rude Caucasian tourists. It was a first for me. Most would usually decline politely, but some would hold their heads up high and totally ignore us. Bit of a shocker.

I made a huge boo-boo of recording a movie clip (of someone singing) but somehow had disabled the audio. Crap.

Spot check you head lah! :bsmilie: I was passing by (need to get from one B-stop to the other), thought might sneak up on you guys on Mandarin Gallery's side, but too bad you're on the opposite - if not sure drop by and say hi. Too lazy to cross road in hot sun then cross back again with luggage in hand.

Oh we've met a number of ugly tourists yesterday as well. Nothing new. Welcome to the real world bud.

Morgen, people.. MY hand very itchy today... will likely attempt to do my own conversion of a Non-AI to AI manual lens, any advice or comment?..

pick up something that is not worth sending for proper job but worth working on it myself.. will see how far I can go..

Did Lotusfairy tell you about her earthquake experience (in Indonesia)?.. I guess when you are personally "involved" before.. you will fell more personal and very much more involved when helping out.. Plus character, know that is how Lotusfairy will approach & attract pedestrians :thumbsup:

wah, it's something I've not done before, but keen to try...
Have got an old Tammy 28-80 (can't remember the max aperture) that is totally manual. Would be fun to clean it up and try it out again.
Can close focus, though of course not to 1:1 ratio

She got no time to chit chat... she was working HARD!
Besides, I was only there for about an hour and a half... work and run off.
We were entertained by a singing donor.
Too bad blur blur me didn't realize that audio was switched off :embrass:
Luckily got backup videographer with Oly
