Chilicrab, nice photos of the drift cars... Because of the day lighting, they turn out more vibrant than F1... I prefer them.

yeah but if the cars are so close to each other, it can end up looking very messy.
Still needs some visual separation, I feel.

The 6 inches behind the viewfinder cannot keep up

Have at least a backup plan. Check the weather map about 2 hours before setting off for a number of times. This will give you a good indication the weather gonna be, where the rain cloud are moving.
